Courage.

                        Courage does not have to roar to be heard,
                        It does not mean being totally fearless and being invincible.
                        It could mean taking actions, taking risks, taking a stand,
                        Standing up for yourself, standing by your choices,
                        And sticking to your dreams when others jeered.

I admire people who show courage in the face of adversity, those who stand by what is true and just, they are truly brave people. There have been times in my life when I had such courage I barely knew myself, glorious times when I felt I could achieve anything! At other times when shadows prevailed and sadness won the day. I felt small and just wanted to hide in a corner until the bad times passed.
Courage is a strange commodity it can be so elusive, we don't even know it's there until we find ourselves in a bad place. Our Lord never gives us more than he knows we can cope with. The solution is always within our grasp, and if we have faith, reach deep enough inside ourselves we will find the courage we need, for we are His children and He may test us, but He will never abandon us.
